Refund policy
Order Cancellation:
For items ordered but not yet dispatched, we allow a 24 hour window from the time you placed your order to cancel for any reason. After this time has passed, you will have to go through our regular return policy.
Damages And Defects:
We understand the value of our products and ensure thorough quality checks before dispatch. Every product is rigorously inspected to guarantee all components are included and functioning properly.
But if you receive a defective or broken item, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly. Please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving your order. We require you to provide proof of the defect or damage, preferably in the form of a video demonstrating the issue. Once we have assessed the situation and verified the defect or damage, we will offer a replacement for the affected item.

Change of Mind or Disliking the Product:
Please note that our return policy does not cover returns due to a change of mind or if you simply do not like the product. We encourage you to carefully review the product details, specifications, and customer reviews before making a purchase decision. Our team is always available to address any queries or concerns you may have regarding our products to help you make an informed choice.
Sticking to Surfaces:
Although we have designed it to stick onto a wide variety of surfaces, in the case that your surface is not suitable we recommend sticking it to another surface then moving it to your desired location, eg a plank of wood. Please consider this before placing an order and we do not issue refunds if it does not stick to a specific surface you want it to. Refund Policy: 30-Day BXR Guarantee
We are committed to your satisfaction and improvement in your punching techniques with our BXRHUB products. If, after 30 days of consistent practice, you feel that your punching technique has not improved, you are eligible for a full refund as part of our BXR Guarantee.
Terms for Refund Eligibility:

Documentation: To qualify for a refund, you must provide documentation in the form of dated, clear, and consistent daily 5-minute videos showing your punching routine over the 30-day period.

Consistent Effort: The videos must demonstrate your dedicated practice and efforts to improve your punching technique. Your commitment to the training is a critical part of this guarantee.

No Visible Improvement: If, after 30 days, there is no noticeable improvement in your technique as per the submitted videos, you qualify for a full refund.
Please note that we believe in the effectiveness of our products, and this guarantee is a reflection of our confidence in your potential progress. The intention of the refund is not just to reclaim the product's cost but to ensure your satisfaction and progress. Your improvement is our success.
Refund Policy Clarification:
Once the package has been delivered to the provided address, the responsibility shifts to the recipient or the carrier. Any issues, including theft or damage, occurring after successful delivery will not be the responsibility of BXRHUB.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
